With less than a month to go until the eagerly anticipated release of Carly Pearce’s self-titled sophomore album on Friday, February 14th the Kentucky native is amping up the promo and this Friday (January 17th) she will share yet another new single off the impressive tracklist.
Following on from ‘Closer To You’, I Hope You’re Happy Now’, and ‘Call Me’, Pearce will drop the funky ‘Heart’s Going Out Of Its Mind’ this weekend and it is truly fantastic – it shows another side to the forthcoming record and once again allows us to the see the fun, sassy side of the artist.
With soaring pop undertones combined with the country symbolical lyrics, it is an instant classic that will no doubt become a major hit given the right radio and record label support. It richly deserves to be a global smash thanks to the incredible sonic sound and pleasing lyrical story.
It has an opening similar to what you’d expect from The Shires but with the standout Carly Pearce deep and rich vocal tone that we’ve all come to know and love. The funky pop-tinged production is radio-friendly and toe-tapping while the sing-a-long chorus is anthemic.
Meanwhile, the ear-worm verses and choruses such as “you make my heart go thump, thump, thump, like nothing else” will get stuck in your head on a loop for days. This is one of the most fun songs you’ll find on the upcoming record and will no delight her growing worldwide fanbase with its feel-good vibes.
Carly Pearce is undeniable one of the fastest-growing voices within the scene and with this latest offering she firmly cements herself as one of the major standouts in country.
