Suicide Notes is the third and final studio album by thrash metal band Wargasm, released in 1995 through Transmission Records.

The album was intended to be called What Are You Afraid Of? After the band broke up the title, cover art, and running order were changed against the band's wishes. In 2020, to mark the album's 25th anniversary, the band offered 50 copies of the intended artwork and a labeled blank CD-R. The band could not secure the rights to the music itself, so they encouraged fans to burn the Suicide Notes album to the CD-R as a way of "reclaiming" the album in its intended form.
