A Change of Seasons è il primo EP del gruppo musicale statunitense Dream Theater, pubblicato il 19 settembre 1995 dalla East West Records.

L'EP contiene una serie di cover di gruppi come Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd registrate dal vivo al Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club di Londra. Tra queste cover figurano brani molto famosi, incluso un lungo medley intitolato The Big Medley.

Oltre alle cover è incluso anche un brano inedito, l'omonima A Change of Seasons, una suite della durata di oltre 23 minuti e suddivisa in sette atti. Questo brano include campionamenti provenienti dal film L'attimo fuggente e dal poema di Robert Herrick, To the Virgins, to Make Much of Time.

Il testo è stato composto dal batterista Mike Portnoy sulla morte della madre; inoltre è il primo brano pubblicato con il tastierista Derek Sherinian.

Esiste anche una versione editata del brano, la quale è stata impiegata durante lo svolgimento delle Olimpiadi invernali di Salt Lake City.
