"Phresh Out the Runway" is a song recorded by Barbadian recording artist Rihanna for her seventh studio album Unapologetic (2012). It was written by French disc-jokey David Guetta, Giorgio Tuinfort, Terius Nash and Rihanna herself. The production of the song was helmed by Guetta, Tuinfort and Nash under his stage-name The-Dream. Via her official Twitter account, Rihanna revealed that she and Guetta had worked together again following their joined single "Who's That Chick?" in 2010. "Phresh Out the Runway" is a hardcore hip hop and rave music song which contains heavy synthesizers and bass. Lyrically, it revolves around Rihanna explaining how if any of her crew does not respect her, then she should no longer remain with them.
"Phresh Out the Runway" received generally positive reviews from contemporary music critics, with most of them praising its composition, production and the way Rihanna interpreted the song. However, there was some criticism towards its lyrical content. Upon the release of Unapologetic, the song debuted at number 35 on the UK R&B Chart. Rihanna performed it during the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on November 7, 2012. "Phresh Out the Runway" was also part of the set list of her 777 Tour promotional tour dates
