"Wet" is a song by American recording artist Nicole Scherzinger, taken from her debut studio album Killer Love (2011). The song was written by Ester Dean and Traci Hale, co-written and produced by Norwegian duo StarGate (Tor E. Hermansen and Mikkel S. Eriksen) and Sandy Vee. "Wet" was released as Killer Love's fourth single in European markets. The lyrics speak of Scherzinger singing that her body is aching for a man's touch.
The song received moderate commercial success where it peaked at number twenty-one on the UK Singles Chart becoming Scherzinger's tenth consecutive top twenty-one single as a solo artist, in addition to peaking at number ten on the Irish Singles Chart, where it also became one of her highest charting releases. "Wet" also received generally positive reviews from music critics. An accompanying music video was directed by Justin Francis and follows Scherzinger as she dances around an indoor pool. Critics generally favored the songs accompanying music video, most of whom favored Scherzinger's intricate choreography, stating that it "would make the other Pussycat Dolls blush".
