"Still Waiting" is a song recorded by Canadian punk rock group Sum 41. It was released in November 2002 as the lead single from the album Does This Look Infected?. Whibley wrote the song after the September 11 attacks. In an interview with MTV.com, he said
"It's not directly about 9/11 or the war on terrorism. It's about the war on everything.
It's about the world as we know it. It's no secret that the world doesn't get along and there's all this hatred. It's everything to do with how this world functions.
