Adam Laloum (born February 25, 1987) is a French pianist.
Biography :
He began studying piano at the age of 10 and continued his studies at the Conservatoire de Toulouse in the class of Daniel Beau. In 2002 he tried the entrance examination at the National Conservatory of Music in Paris without notifying his professor of Toulouse. Admitted into the class of Michel Béroff, it will take several weeks before announcing the news to Daniel Beau. After a first degree in 2006, he continues to improve at the Conservatoire de Lyon. In the meantime, he participates in many concerts, plays as a soloist and is even named to the Victoires de la Musique 20121. He won the competition Clara Haskil of Vevey2 in 20093. Won the Victoire de la Musique 2017, instrumental soloist category.
He performs regularly in concert both in France and abroad, for example at the Salle Gaveau in Paris, at the La Roque-d'Anthéron Festival, at the festival of La Folle Journée in Nantes, at the Verbier Festival, at the Klavier Ruhr Festival, or in Stuttgart with the SWR Sinfonieorchester 4. He signed an exclusive recording contract with Sony in 2017.
