Barbara Tucker (* 19. März 1967 in Brooklyn) ist eine afroamerikanische House-Interpretin aus New York.

Tucker nahm zunächst eine Gospel-Ausbildung und war mehrere Jahre Backgroundsängerin für George Clinton, Deee-Lite und Janet Jackson. International bekannt als House-Diva wurde sie durch den Song Beautiful People der 1994 auf dem Label Strictly Rhythm veröffentlicht wurde.
