Sarah Lesch was born in Altenburg in Thuringia and moved to Swabia at the age of five. Her biological father comes from Leipzig and is a musician. He played among others at Amor & Die Kids .
Lesch has written in the past music for children's theater plays and worked from 2009 to 2013 as a teacher in Tübingen , then made himself independent and has since been mainly active as a musician. She is the mother of a son and lives in Leipzig.
In 2015 she released her second studio album in fairground music and for the first time exclusively under her real name . Their first album was released in 2012 still under their own name as well as under the alias "Chansonedde" and was digitally distributed by Rummelplatzmusik in 2015 and also re-released in 2016 in collaboration with Kick The Flame . In 2017 her third studio album will be released on Kick The Flame.
