Songwriter Dominik Plangger was born in 1980 in Schlanders in South Tyrol. He makes music from an early age, include, inter alia, Bob Dylan, Townes Van Zandt and Arlo Guthrie, as well as songwriter Konstantin Wecker, Hannes Wader and Reinhard Mey to its influences. He sings in German, English, Italian and South Tyrolean dialect, including politically engaged songs against racism, fascism, emotional coldness and discrimination.
He was also known for his appearances in 'Songs of a summer evening' in Kloster Banz, 2014 where he already enthusiastic for the fifth.
So far, Dominik Plangger has released 3 CDs: 'Yesterday' (2007) and 'the window' (2010). The third CD, 'hope stubbornness', was published in the fall of 2013 under Constantine alarm label "Sturm und Klang".
