The Pirates, Spanish rock band from Vigo, founded in 1991. They were considered one of the most influential bands in pop and rock scenes Spain.1 They released five studio albums (one gold record), March 2 direct, three compilations and four discs of rarities, 2 and then dissolved in 2004.

Among the influences of the band Bjork, Aphex Twin, The Planets, Radiohead, 4 Oasis1 and Spanish pop the years were 1980.3 Grouping was both the mainstream and the independent scene, and evolved from pop rock to a sound with electronic touches and more mature musical.2 Their lyrics dealt, initially, of relationships, of frustrated love and loves to come 5 to become darker and deeper
