Dark Lunacy ist eine italienische Metal-Band, deren Genre zwischen symphonischem, progressivem, Gothic und melodischem Death Metal schwankt. In einem Interview beschrieb Enomy sie als "Dramatic Death Metal". Ihre Themen sind hauptsächlich düstere Themen wie Trauer, Verlust, Psychologie der Kriegsführung etc.
Im Jahr 2010 hatte die Band einen radikalen Wechsel in der Besetzung, wobei nur Mike von der Urbesetzung verblieb..
