ザ・ムーブ(The Move)は、1966年にバーミンガムで結成され、1968年にデビューしたイギリスのロック・バンド。後のエレクトリック・ライト・オーケストラ（ELO）の母体となった。

ロイ・ウッドが産み出すポップ・センス溢れる優れたロックンロールの楽曲群とザ・フーの影響を受けたワイルドなステージングは、後の多くのバンドに影響を与え、1960年代後期のイギリスにおける最も重要なグループの一つとされている。
