Sick of It All ist eine amerikanische Hardcore-Punk-Band, die 1985 in Queens, New York, gegründet wurde. Die aktuelle Besetzung der Band besteht aus den Brüdern Lou Koller am Gesang und Pete Koller an der Leadgitarre, Craig Setari am Bass und Armand Majidi am Schlagzeug.
Gegründet, als Hardcore-Punk an Popularität verlor, ist Sick of It All dennoch als wichtiger Bestandteil der New Yorker Hardcore-Szene bekannt.

Obwohl Sick of It All zumeist als Old School-Band wahrgenommen und bezeichnet wird, verarbeiteten sie auch von Anfang an Metal-Elemente in ihrer Musik, was als typisch für den East Coast-Sound angesehen wird. Wie viele Gruppen des New York Hardcores zählen sie allerdings auch Punkrock und Oi! zu ihren Einflüssen.
So finden sich im Laufe ihrer Bandgeschichte immer wieder raue Punk-Stücke neben eher groovigem Hardcore mit leichtem Metal-Einfluss.
