Jeffrey Scott "Jeff" Buckley (17 novembro de 1966 - 29 de maio de 1997), criado como Scotty Moorhead, foi um cantor, compositor e guitarrista americano. Ele era o filho de Tim Buckley, também músico. Depois de uma década como um guitarrista de aluguel em Los Angeles, Buckley acumulou uma sequência no início de 1990, jogando covers em locais em East Village, em Manhattan, como Sin-é, gradualmente, se concentrando mais em seu próprio material.
