I Green Day sono un gruppo musicale pop punk statunitense formatosi a Berkeley nel 1986.

La band è composta da tre membri: Billie Joe Armstrong (chitarra e voce), Mike Dirnt (basso e voce secondaria) e Tré Cool (batteria). Tré Cool sostituì l'originario batterista Al Sobrante nel 1990, il quale abbandonò il gruppo per impegni di studio. Il turnista Jason White è stato il quarto membro ufficiale del gruppo dal 2012 al 2016.[7][8][9]
