Album DescriptionAvailable in:
Through a long history of strong releases in sampled works, Machina Pensant first advanced into publishing his original compositions with the release of "Untitled Tape Pieces", which quickly advanced further when he put forward "私を覚えていますか", which promised an interesting, somber approach that put him among the high ranks of his adjacent contemporaries.
However, the biggest push of his own signature style came with "My Last Whispers Are The Worst Goodbyes", which combined influences from synthwave and chillwave on his side projects with the lounge, hip-hop, and trip-hop styles that were on his initial original releases. Combined, they make something fully unique, an ethereal sound that radiates coolness, both in the quality sense and in the sheer feel of temperature which is drawn from each note and chord.
Among everything else, Machina Pensant has stayed strong with his unmatched sense of finality, as the closing track 'Amissa Nexu' immaculately ties the release together and sends it off spectacularly. If you are missing out on this release, you are missing out on a milestone of an incredible artist.
