"Our" culture has lost all direction, ruled by a nihilistic foundation that continues to make its self known, revealing its horrors, expanding into nothing, unstoppable as it grips the minds with its mythological infinite possibility. So there's not much point other than making tunes here @ the end of music. Music is capital, to be attributed to your biometric data, cryptographically signed, to buy and sell on the world computer, the human hypermarket, the tokenisation of all things.
"there's no such thing as society. There are individual men and women and there are families." - Margaret Thatcher
It's just tunes, my guy. The music is apolitical because the time is apolitical. No ideal purpose is good, as they say. No limits. Quite literally, nothing. Doesn't mean anything, there's no genre, no style, no meaning, no context, no narrative, not even a LARP of sorts. All a celebration of nothingness. Just an empty black sludge that creeps over everything like a tide coming in, washing it all away. If you think I sound depressed, I can assure you I'm not. This entire bit of writing is done with a smile on my face and I thoroughly enjoyed making this album. Sometimes you just need to stop thinking and shut up, submit to the beautiful lies of our world and listen to class tunes that jumpstart the body, like the end scene in Steppenwolf. Thanks for listening.
