What convinced me to make this one: of all his talks I vowed to turn into tapes, this was the last to go, and while it was clear that the project was losing its steam on priors like "Dresden Whitman" and "Epoch State", this one feels the most like an alley grab and a last minute, "but wait! one more thing". Which gives it especial charm. The fulfillment of the overall arc of Calusa Eisenhower was this one's telos.
What I was going for: Death and why variance comes through destruction. and, like much of the first one-hundred DMT-FL releases, I try to make personal geography seem important. This is the only one that gives the entirety of the Pasco County region that sort of due. My attempt to spiral up and out of where I've been condemned to live and gripe about, forever.
