Background
Diddy released a four-minute trailer for the album on August 22, 2023, which included the names of some of the featured artists, such as Justin Bieber, Swae Lee, Mary J. Blige, Babyface, Jozzy, Yung Miami, French Montana, DJ Khaled, Teyana Taylor, and 21 Savage, among others. A press release called the album "a journey of retreating from the craziness of the world with a partner by shutting out all the distractions to just love on one another". Diddy also proclaimed that the "era of love is here" and "R&B is back" alongside the announcement, and touted the album as containing the "last collab" of Canadian singer the Weeknd's career, due to the latter stating that he will no longer feature on other artists' songs with the exception of Daft Punk if they were to reunite. The song is a collaboration with Moroccan-American rapper French Montana called "Another One of Me" and features the Weeknd and Atlanta-based rapper 21 Savage, and was released as the lead and only single from the album on the same date as its release.
