There is an edition where the front of the jewelcase is black instead of transparent. It has a sticker saying that the actual artwork is too disturbing for public display.

Reissued by Earache on April 14th 2009 as a part of Earache's classic series remastered in a slipcase with the Wake Up and Smell the... Carcass DVD as a bonus.
