"Touche Pas À la Blanche Hermine" ("Do Not Touch The White Ermine") is Gilles Servat's reposte to right-wing activists (including the Front National) following their use of his song "La Blanche Hermine" ("The White Ermine") at their meetings. The Blanche Ermine being a national emblem of Brittany.
The somgs were recorded live during Servat's 1998 tour.
In the sleeve notes Servat comments: "What's wrong with you? I do not see how you can sing it under your tricolor flame! Or you do not sing all the verses! Or if you all sing them, it's because in addition to being blind, you're deaf!"
