Greatest Hits is a compilation album of American R&B group Earth, Wind & Fire. It contains several songs recorded between 1973 and 1981 and all the tracks were digitally remastered. It was released on 1999 by Sony Music. Greatest Hits is number 12 and number 6 on AllMusic's list of the Top Funk and Smooth soul albums of all time respectively.

The CD is a new release of the 1998 version of Greatest Hits by Columbia/Legacy with a revised track listing.
