"Fires Within Fires" is the eleventh studio album from American metal band Neurosis. The album was released on September 23, 2016, via the band's own record label, Neurot Recordings. Recording of the album began on December 27, 2015, at Electrical Audio Studio. The record is produced by Steve Albini, and the cover art was created by Thomas Hooper.
On its release, Fires Within Fires was met with positive reviews from music critics. At Metacritic, which assigns a normalized rating out of 100 to reviews from critics, the album received an average score of 86, based on 8 reviews, indicating Universal acclaim.
