"The Reasons Why" is the fourth full length studio album by the Canadian country music singer Michelle Wright. It was released in Canada on September 1, 1994, on Arista Nashville. The album was also released in Europe after Wright completed a successful tour in mid-1994.
"Try Getting Over You" was later recorded by Daron Norwood on his 1995 album Ready, Willing and Able. "Safe in the Arms of Love" was later released as a single by Martina McBride from her 1995 album Wild Angels.
The Reasons Why peaked at number 3 on the Canadian RPM Country Albums chart.
