The album was released on May 12, 2015 by their new label The End Records and will be their first album without former lead singer and founding member Austin Winkler. It will also be the first album to feature Marshal Dutton as the new lead vocalist.
When the Smoke Clears peaked at number 3 on the US Top Hard Rock Albums (Billboard) and 75 on the US Billboard 200.
