Nymphs II is Jaar's first solo 12-inch since 2011. In the time since then he's started—and finished—his DARKSIDE project with Dave Harrington, wound up his Clown And Sunset outlet and launched Other People, which has maintained a busy release schedule for the past couple of years. In February he also released an alternative score for The Color Of Pomegranates, a 1969 film by Sergei Parajanov. There's not much information about Nymphs II, but Jaar revealed that its two tracks were recorded in New York City between 2011 and 2015.
