«El Patio» is the first studio album the group Spanish of progressive rock "Triana" , published on 14 of April of 1975 by the seal Movieplay .
Although the album does not indicate any specific title, it is generally known by the name of «El Patio» due to the design of the cover, in a drawing of the three components of the group in the inner courtyard of a building is shown. The album became one of the most popular recordings of music rock Spanish and one of the key albums in what became known as Andalusian rock , music mixing rock with elements from the Flemish .
The courtyard was not well received at first, reaching uncataloged several record stores; However, a year and a half after its publication, the group began to reap popularity in Spain and the album became one of the stalwarts of the Spanish popular music in the 70s .
The first version CD dates back to 1988 , launched by Fonomusic . The album was released first in the United States in 2003 , by Warner.
