"Peace by Piece" is the ninth album by American psychedelic rock band Quicksilver Messenger Service released in 1986 on the Capitol label and the first to be released as simply Quicksilver with guitarist Gary Duncan at the sole command. The album featured guitarist Gary Duncan and a host of guest musicians from the San Francisco music scene.
Duncan, Freiberg and Lewis stretched Quicksilver into the Eighties with Peace by Piece where the band experimented with rap music and synthesized drums.
A later released CD-version includes two bonus tracks, entitled "Crazy Jesse" and "Electric Love".
