Album DescriptionAvailable in:
Singer and songwriter Jason Mraz made his first significant steps toward fame with his 2002 debut album Waiting for My Rocket to Come, but he'd been earning a loyal following as a live act years earlier, and folks curious about Mraz's work during his early barnstorming days can get a taste of his formative work on this album. Live and Acoustic 2001 was recorded during a solo performance at Java Joe's, a venue in San Diego, CA, and features several songs that would later appear on his major-label releases, such as "You and I Both," "Sleep All Day," and "1000 Things," as well as a handful of early tunes unavailable elsewhere.
