Album DescriptionAvailable in:
In a Valentine’s Day-themed twist on the gummy skull concept, the Flaming Lips released a USB filled with new and old love songs inside a realistic-looking chocolate human heart. The group found help in the culinary world from Dallas, TX based Dude, Sweet Chocolate, who helped make thousands of anatomically correct human hearts out of “72% South American dark chocolate studded with hazelnut mini whoppers and waffle cone crunch” to satisfy their fans.
The prize inside includes tracks with help from familiar faces such as Stardeath and White Dwarfs, and also featureus new additions to the Lips’ long list of collaborations, Alex and Jade from Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. Alex and Jade appear on the first and final tracks of the album, including a reworking of The Beatles’ “All You Need Is Love.”
