'Inside You' (1981) went Top 10 R&B, and broke a streak of nine consecutive gold or platinum studio albums from the Isley Brothers.
Singles from the album -- title track among them -- charted, but was not a major hit as on the level of early 80's...
That explains why this album did not received attention, reissue-wise, until BGO in the U.K. combined it with 'Real Deal' in 2007.
'Inside You' is satisfactory, but by the group's standard, it should be of interest to only the most serious fans.
