Es wurde am 12. Juni 2000 von Real World Records veröffentlicht und ist eine Auftragsarbeit im Zusammenhang zur Millennium Dome Show, einer Multimedia-Performance-Show unter der Regie von Peter Gabriel und Mark Fisher, die vom 1. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2000 im Millennium Dome in Greenwich, London, 999-mal aufgeführt wurde.
