You Can't Stop Rock 'n' Roll er det andre studioalbumet til det amerikanske heavy metal-bandet Twisted Sister, utgitt 27. juni 1983.
Sangene "The Kids Are Back", "I Am (I'm Me)" og albumets tittelspor ble gitt ut som singler. Albumet ble sertifisert som et gullalbum av RIAA i november 1995, for å ha solgt over 500 000 eksemplarer i USA. Metal-rules.com satte albumet på listen over "The Top 100 Heavy Metal Albums".
Tittelsporet er en ny innspilling av sporet "Can't Stop Rock and Roll" som dukket opp på samlingen "Son of Homegrown" i 1982.
"The Kids Are Back" ble brukt i åpningsscenen til 2010-filmen, Jackass 3D.
