"The Ghost Moon Orchestra" is the tenth studio album from York rock band Mostly Autumn ,released in 2012 on the Mostly Autumn Records label , and the second since Olivia Sparnenn replaced the much-loved Heather Findlay as lead vocalist .
The Ghost Moon Orchestra, a concept album telling of a supernatural orchestra who, according to lead guitarist Bryan Josh, sit between the earth and moon playing symphonies, feeding off our life experiences
Like many independent artists, the band funded the album by fan pre-order. The limited edition release included a bonus second disk containing acoustic re-recordings of some Mostly Autumn classics plus some additional new songs.
