Album DescriptionAvailable in:
Sin After Sin is the third album by British heavy metal group Judas Priest, released in 1977. It was the band's first album on Columbia Records after their contract with Gull Records was terminated, as a consequence of which they lost all rights to Rocka Rolla and Sad Wings of Destiny, and any other demo recordings made during the production of the two albums. The album features session drummer Simon Phillips, as the band had recently parted ways with drummer Alan Moore. "Sin After Sin" is also the earliest of 11 consecutive Judas Priest albums to be certified gold by the RIAA - every album up to and including Painkiller (1990) is at least certified gold.
