Chifuniro Steven Magalasi born on 23 July 2003 in Lilongwe Malawi, professionally known as Eli Njuchi.
He comes from a family of six and he is the third born. He is a distant relationship to late dancehall icon 'Mafunyeta' (Patrick Magalasi).
Eli Njuchi started rapping as Stevovo with his close friend Veda during his primary school. His first track, “never leave you” was recorded in 2015 and was produced by Chycoon.
'Njuchi Muzik Group' or 'Njuchi StingDem' where he improved and built upon his knowledge of music. The group has 3 artists; himself, Coctiz and Chizmo.
2018 was the year that threw him in the limelight when he won the Malawi UMP award for “Best New Act”
He has made collaboration with gospel rapper 'Suffix' and AK in the remix of his hit song 'Illuminati'.
