Julianne (Julie-Ann) Regan (born 30 June 1962) is an English/Irish singer, songwriter and musician. She achieved success in the late 1980's and early 1990's as the lead singer of the band All About Eve. AllMusic describes Regan as "certainly one of the more talented singers of the late eighties British goth rock scene".

Julianne was originally the Bass player for Gene Loves Jezebel and also contributed vocals to a number of The Mission's tracks over the years.
