Čankišou (Chankishow) is a Czech music group playing a fusion of world music and rock. It was established in 1999 in Brno. Her eclectic style mixes the influences of several ethnicities (especially Arab, African, Indian, and Balkan) and the rock foundations of individual musicians. The band's work is based on a fictional legend about the ancient one-legged people of Čanki (Chanki), whose language the group's songs are sung. Čankišou regularly perform all over the world, they have also played in Borneo and Kuala Lumpur, for example.
