José Eduardo Acosta was born on Xalapa, Ver. on April 17th, 1998.

He is grandson of singer Alma De la Rosa (sister of Tlen Huicani's founder Alberto De la Rosa), so he has been sorrounded by music and art.

He studied percussions at the Universidad Veracruzana's Centro de Iniciación Musical Infantil. Now he studies harp (the instrument of his family) with his dad (Luis Eduardo Acosta) and his grand-uncle (Alberto De la Rosa).

On 2017 he was part of San Rebelle's tribute to Violeta Parra on her 100th birthday, and sang "El Día de tu Cumpleaños" with artists like Ernesto Anaya and Óscar Chávez. Now he is working on his debut album and a album for his grandmother Alma De la Rosa.
