Holger Czukay, real name Holger Schüring is a German musician born March 24, 1938 in Danzig (now Gdańsk in Poland) and died on September 5, 2017 in Weilerswist, known to have been the co-founder of the Can krautrock group.
He founded Can in 1968, and works on almost all the recordings of the band, also taking care of the compositions, in addition to his bassist role.
