Now a seasoned touring musician, she has a substantial catalogue of work to her name, including 3 albums from her childhood performing with her mother in the duo, Generations, as well as 2 solo albums under the name, Holly Brook. Her debut solo album was entitled, "Like Blood Like Honey," and was a Machine Shop/Warner Brothers release. More recently,"O'Dark:Thirty EP," was an independent release produced by Duncan Sheik and Jon Ingoldsby. She gained most of her recognition as a featured vocalist on Fort Minor's number 2 Billboard hit "Where'd You Go," for which she also won and MTV VMA in 2006. Lately, Holly has been focusing on the songwriting side of the industry. "Herstory": Holly Brook, is a multi-instrumental singer and songwriter from Mazomanie, Wisconsin. With the help of a friend, jazz bassist Jeff Eckels, Holly put together her first band and they played their first show at the Concourse Hotel Bar in Madison. She was only 15. In 2003, she moved to Los Angeles where she met producer Jon Ingoldsby, who has worked with Madonna and Elton John, as well as writers/producers Rob Hoffman and Heather Holley. Together, they produced a demo which grabbed industry attention. In the fall of 2004, Holly signed a recording contract with Machine Shop Recordings. Her first album, Like Blood Like Honey, was released July 6th, 2006.Holly has also contributed to Mike Shinoda's solo project, called Fort Minor and its album "The Rising Tied".
