Varg is a metal band from Coburg, Germany.
Established in 2005 as a pure pagan metal band, the five different characters rapidly transformed their musical style into a unique combination of their pagan roots and modern metal, which they proudly call „Wolf Metal“.
The band is known for having a very close relationship to their fans, the „Wolfpack“. They often refer to that in their lyrics.
Everybody is welcome to join the „Wolfskult“.
Nowadays the band is internationally successful, signed to one of the biggest metal labels worldwide (Napalm Records) and has already played more than 300 concerts and tours all over Europe and North America.
