Make Them Suffer is an Australian deathcore band from Perth, Australia. They formed in 2007 and currently are signed to Roadrunner Records. They released their debut EP, Lord Of Woe, on 27 September 2010. They released their debut album, Neverbloom, on 25 May 2012, which peaked at No. 74 on the Billboard 200. The EP Showcased an eclectic blend of Symphonic Black Metal, Death Metal and Deathcore among other genres. It received a wide-spread amount of critical acclaim all over the world and had them featured in 2011´s poster edition of Blunt Magazine, as well as Blunt Magazines "Top 25 Australian Bands To Check Out This Year". Drum Media described "Lord Of Woe" as "A tortured collection of sorrow and pain-filled brutality that just may be one of the most impressive metal releases of the year". Now, in 2012 Make Them Suffer have began preparing the impending release of their debut full-length album, available world-wide in May through Roadrunner Records. In light of their EP the album "Neverbloom" is to be recorded by Roland Lim [Birds of Tokyo] who also received an abundance of acclaim for his production on "Lord Of Woe". While the band have big shoes to fill, dawdling in the shadow of their EP, they have set their sights high in hopes that their debut album "Neverbloom" will allow them to surpass the recognition received from "Lord Of Woe" and catapult them into the global the market. In 2012, Neverbloom is coming. Heres what people have said so far: "This EP is of global standard, and must not be overlooked." - [9/10] Beat Magazine "From the bile ridden vocals on the EP that are spat out with raw emotion, to the truly full on brutal blast beats, fast guitar riffs and symphonic keys they have made a truly stunning EP." - [5/5] - Alter The Press "An impressive debut and one to keep an eye on."
