אירוסמית' (אנגלית: Aerosmith) היא להקת הארד רוק אמריקאית פופולרית אשר נוסדה בשנת 1970 ופועלת עד היום. הלהקה נחשבת כלהקה בוסטונית למרות שאף אחד מחבריה אינו מבוסטון.
אירוסמית' זכתה לפופולריות רבה בשנות השבעים, אך הפיצול בתחילת שנות השמונים וצריכתם הרבה של סמים ואלכוהול בקרב חברי הלהקה עמדו להם למכשול. מאז שנת 1984, לאחר שחזרו חברי הלהקה לפעול יחדיו, הפכה אירוסמית' לאחת הלהקות המצליחות בעולם.
חמשת חברי הלהקה המקוריים הם סטיבן טיילר (שירה), ג'ו פרי (גיטרה ראשית), טום המילטון (בס), ג'ואי קרמר (תופים) ובראד וויטפורד (גיטרה שנייה). זהו הרכב הלהקה מאז ועד היום, מלבד התקופה שבין יולי 1979 בה עזב פרי את הלהקה (ו-וויטפורד אחריו בשנת 1981) לאפריל 1984 בה התאחדה הלהקה.
