This is my first full original (non-plundered) album.
Conceived as an LP containing 12 different tracks, "Original Mecha Barber" is an attempt to put together every influence I had until now for this project, and also some hints of what I want to do/I will do in the near future.
From Barber Beats to Drum and Bass, from Breakbeat to Vaportrap and from Trip-Hop to Jazz, this album tries to express the various nuances of what I think is the MICROMECHA sound image, in a collection of beats that surely go towards the smoother and loungy side of my music.
Best enjoyed while shaving or dressing up for a night out, even better enjoyed while getting an haircut or waiting for your turn at the barbershop.

P.s. For the creation of this album I used my personal beatmaking approach as usual, mixing carefully selected drum breaks and percussions with original compositions, cleared samples, obscure loops and some experiments with AI generated sounds. As always, everything is flipped, chopped, screwed, edited and remixed with care.
