"Confessions" is the third concept album and overall fifth studio album by American rock band, Alesana. It is the final chapter of the Annabel trilogy, and based on the series of books; "The Time Quintet". It was released in the US on April 21 2015 through Revival Recordings.This is the third and final release of the three studio albums and accompanying short stories that make up Alesana’s iconic Annabel Trilogy, a three part story centered around the fictional character Annabel and how she interacts with various storylines and motifs found in famous works of literature. The trilogy debuted with 2010’s with The Emptiness which was based on the works of Edgar Allan Poe.
