Real Fine Place is a country music album by singer/songwriter Sara Evans. It is her fifth studio album and the follow-up album to the platinum Restless. The album has been certified platinum for U.S. shipments of a million copies. It features Evans's fourth Number One hit, "A Real Fine Place to Start", the top ten hit "Cheatin'", the top fiften hit "You'll Always Be My Baby" and the top forty single "Coalmine." The album debuted at number 3 on the Billboard 200, selling 124,720 copies in its first week.

The fifth album from Missouri vocalist Sara Evans is powerful, confident and strikes the perfect balance between radio-friendly country pop and the rootsy sounds she offered with her 1997 debut Three Chords And The Truth.
The wife of a Republican senator, it's no surprise Evans pays homage to family life in her songs. But she also manages to squeeze in plenty of humour; in her vivid portrayal of a wife lusting after her soap-dodging husband in "Coalminer", and in the party anthem "Momma's Night Out".
As such a fine showcase for her big voice, Real Fine Place gives Evans the best chance at winning CMA Female Vocalist since she was first nominated in 2001. But will it be a case of always the bridesmaid, never the bride?
