With the Beatles é o segundo álbum do grupo de rock inglês The Beatles, lançado em 22 de novembro de 1963, no mesmo dia em que o presidente dos Estados Unidos John F. Kennedy era assassinado em Dallas, Texas.

Gravado quatro meses após ser lançado o primeiro álbum, repetia a fórmula de Please Please Me. Selecionaram-se 7 composições próprias de Lennon/McCartney e incluiu-se novamente 6 covers das prediletas do repertório dos Beatles. George Harrison comparece com uma composição própria "Don't Bother Me" neste trabalho cujo carro-chefe firmou-se até hoje com a música "All My Loving".
