The Last Shadow Puppets est un groupe d'Indie pop anglaise, formé d'Alex Turner (chanteur des Arctic Monkeys) et de Miles Kane (chanteur des Rascals).

Cette formation est un side-project, réalisé en parallèle des groupes des deux musiciens. Leur premier album, The Age Of The Understatement, principalement enregistré en France en août 2007, sort au printemps 2008. Pour l'album, le groupe s'est fait accompagner par le producteur James Ford (Arctic Monkeys, Klaxons) et Owen Pallett (Arcade Fire, Final Fantasy) pour les arrangements cordes.
